United POP is an international network of music and media academies. It grew out of a Munich music company founded in 1989 and runs campuses in several European countries, Croatia among them, teaching more than 6,000 students a year. Its core courses are music production, audio engineering and music management, with graphic design, photography and fashion added later. In Zagreb the academy's Music & Sound department included the course History of Electronic Music, taught over roughly a decade.
