We only collect the information you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, delivered to us by email so we can reply. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site.
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry out work you request. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Two services handle what you send us. Messages from the forms on this site are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which only passes them on and does not use them for anything else. If you choose to add files after sending a project brief, they go to our Dropbox through a file request — you do not need a Dropbox account, and only we can see what you upload. Both are used solely to receive your enquiry and the material that belongs to it.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email office@cycle.hr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
