Questions

Asked and answered.

What does it cost?

Recording is €30/hr, mixdown €50/hr, stereo mastering €65 per track (stems +€10), DJ mix mastering €30/hr. Sound design and audio post are quoted per project — send us the brief and you’ll have a number, not a range.

How fast can you turn it around?

Mastering typically runs a few working days; mixes depend on track count and revisions; commercial post we plan around your air date — and we’ve hit brutal ones. Tell us the deadline first and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s real.

Can we work remotely, or do we need to come to Zagreb?

Both work. Mixing, mastering and post run fully remote every week — files in, review links out, notes by mail or call. Recording and attended sessions happen in the studio at Lavoslava Vukelića 3, Zagreb.

What should I send for a mix or master?

For mixing: consolidated stems from time zero, 24-bit WAV at the session sample rate, no processing on the mix bus (or with it printed separately), plus a rough mix for reference. For mastering: the final stereo mix with ~3–6 dB of headroom and no limiter. We’ll send a one-page prep sheet when you book.

What do we get back, in which formats?

Whatever your release or media plan needs: hi-res WAV masters, DDP for pressing, loudness-compliant broadcast mixes (EBU R128), platform-ready files for streaming and social. Vinyl and stem masters on request.

How many revisions are included?

Mastering includes revisions until the master is right — within the scope of the mix we received. Mixes and commercial projects include agreed revision rounds in the quote; changes to the brief itself are quoted separately, before we do them, never after.

Who owns the music and sound you create for us?

For commissioned commercial work, rights transfer per the agreed license or buyout — scoped to media, territory and term, spelled out in the quote. For artist projects, your music stays yours; we’re a service, not a label claiming a share.

Can you compose original music instead of library tracks?

Yes — that’s the core of the post offer: original score, sound design and sonic branding written to your picture and owned per your license. It’s why Red Bull, HT and Podravka come here instead of a stock library.

Do you handle voiceover casting and recording?

Yes. We cast, record and direct voice talent in Croatian, English and other languages on request, and we handle dialogue cleanup, Foley and the final broadcast mix — the whole audio chain under one roof.

How do I book, and what happens after I write to you?

Use the form below (or the same form on any page). You’ll get a reply within one working day with questions, a quote and proposed dates — most projects go from first email to first session inside a week.
