Arsen Pavešić’s regular electronic new-releases column, one of five entries devoted to Rising Soul — the second release on Cycle Records, finished at Cycle Studio Zagreb.

What the piece covers

The entry explains that the track began as an unfinished 2017 piece by the Istrian producer Laseech, and that it was completed with Jan Kinčl’s help. The EP carries the original plus two interpretations: a remix by Kinčl and one by the Japanese, Berlin-based house producer Kez YM.

On Rising Soul

“‘Rising Soul’, the second release of Cycle Records, which is run by Jan Kinčl, is the work of the talented Istrian producer/DJ Laseech. It is in fact an unfinished piece from 2017 which Laseech, with Kinčl’s help, pulled out of mothballs and completed.”
