CYCLE enters the new autumn club season with its 51st party. New club, new concept, but the same policy. Until now, CYCLE parties served exclusively as a platform for presenting some of the best local and regional DJs, but with the new season and the new club we are slightly changing the concept. This season we will be presenting DJs we consider to represent the best of the European and global house/techno community. The first guest is Paris DJ - Aleqs Notal!

Although relatively young, Aleqs Notal is already a DJ veteran with 20 years of experience in the DJ booth and top releases for some of the best labels of today (Sistrum, Visions…). A percussion freak, as he describes himself, each of his new releases is packed with club tracks for every part of the night, with clearly recognisable classic Detroit and Chicago influences combined with the complex, melodic world of Ron Trent/Trinidadian Deep deep house.

As a DJ he held a long-running residency on Rinse FM, and in recent years he has recorded regular podcasts for various platforms. His live sets and podcasts unmistakably reveal the influences he clearly carries into his productions – obscure deep house gems, house classics interspersed with organic, live percussion and deep Detroit techno records – always uncompromising and energetic – exactly the way we like it.

Aleqs Notal will be joined by CYCLE hosts Jan Kincl and Matija Duić, and the night will be opened by young, up and coming DJ Lovro Baletić.
